ASHI American Society of Home Inspectors Affiliate PHII is an affiliate of the American Society of Home Inspectors. PHII home inspector training meets or exceeds ASHI's high standards of practice. ASHI Associate members can advance their membership by passing the National Home Inspector Exam and meeting other ASHI requirements.

AHI North American Association of Home Inspectors Accredited AHI is a national non-profit home inspector organization that promotes professionalism and high standards of practice. PHII is a gold-level AHI-accredited training provider. PHII graduates receive a free 1-year $199 membership.

Veterans Administration Approved Classroom Training PHII is approved for classroom training by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs which can qualify service members and veterans of the U.S. armed forces to receive tuition assistance.
